Over Fifty Fitness
@rosemarymallace.bsky.social
I'm a 74 year old personal trainer, specialising in working with older adults. Keeping moving and staying strong is vital. Everything I do is free and I'm happy to answer questions about fitness https://www.youtube.com/@rosemarymallaceoverfiftyfitnes
@zackpolanski.bsky.social I love the fact you don't seem to give a fuck and just tell it like it is and are using social media to get your message across. Much better than the limp, uninspiring message I get on FB from Labour telling me how many immigrants they've sent back.

Bit of culture for Monday morning. Even Shakespeare knew about Sarcopenia. "His youthful hose, well saved, a world too wide for his shrunk shank.". Jaques should have done my classes.

Fantastic to see Rosemary, fitness trainer, marathon runner and one of our storytellers, discussing how keeping physically active, whatever your level and if you can, is key to independence later in life on the BBC’s Dr Xand's Con or Cure. 👏
