From a legal standpoint, the OP's post is a bit misleading. It was the second half of her statement, "Delay, deny, depose. You people are next," that landed her a charge. The house arrest and GPS monitoring is standard pre-trial fare; if they thought she was a threat, she would have stayed in jail.
