Status report: woke up over 180 despite being a bit behind on my calories this weekend, no pain in my ankle, body feels ready to squat. Hitting some Volume this week, hopefully 3x10@175 beltless

This year has just been high bar and low bar squats, and just conventional dead’s. This is the least variation I’ve had since like 2018. Gotta get through this year and supersquats at the beginning of next year and then back to being a conjugate bunny
