Been chatting with one of my US insta buddies about the cost of eggs, now often $8/doz. Great article here if you want to better understand how US and European egg production differs. Add in avian flu and a truck driver shortage (Brexit flashbacks anyone?).

And awake at 4.00am again. I dreamt I’d invented a revolutionary centrifuge that dried clothes in seconds with no heat and used little energy. Then I dreamt a microwave meal I’d bought said to cook for 32 minutes and was understandably inedible. What’s wrong with me 😂

I got a trail cam for Christmas and it has given me so much joy. So far, deer, hedgehogs, badgers, foxes and far too much footage of my cats 😀. I’m hoping the onset of Spring after French monsoon season is over might bring us even more.
