I’m probably autistic and have specific times in the day when I eat/drink and I get incredibly stressed when my routine gets interrupted. I feel like my whole day falls apart.

I think I know what you mean. I usually abandon my social media accounts after a few days, which is a shame because I spend most of my free time online and yet never talk to people. I'm trying to put myself out there on Bsky but notifications scare me. I want to be hidden but also heard.
