Plus no makeup... Yikes!!! I was more concerned with getting my parts right, you know, so.... 😅

Great practice on the new songs yesterday... I did start messing around with OBS, set up the video camera, just to practice... For the few of you who wanted more rehearsal videos... 😉 Sound was ok, but the lighting was all wrong...

I feel better on every level. Still working on the vocal lines, but now I want to improve the drums on [something creature], too! Actually, I would love to send all the tracks to certain someone that has always inspired my drum parts....

And I am not going to rush, give myself deadlines, drive myself crazy... Our creatures need to grow at their own pace.
As long as I spend time in the studio and work on the album every day, I am happy.

Sanity comes first! I just wish we would get the shower box installed already, so we don't have to go back and forth between here and the other place..... And therefore, music! Not finished, of course.

A lot of jams, a lot of stuff I wanted to keep, but too many ideas, overkill... The fog is finally clearing. Putting the house on standby (renovation work, if you've been following our sporadic posts) was the right move. Who cares about the finishing touches!
