Last night, I made empanadas for the very first time! My daughter loved them! I was scared they would be nasty. Crunch was perfect and I fried it in the butter crisco.

The temperature is supposed to go from 75 to 30 by Monday so we went foraging today. I'm shocked at the lack of native plants in my area.

I went foraging for Orangey today with Shuri. We have Japanese Cherry Blossoms and patridge berries in our yard. The patridge berries are safe for small animals and humans. I might try a jam or tea or something!!! Let's see if Orangey likes it.

And my foot brace is very visible. I have to walk steps slowly and hold on to the rails. And despite this I still get shoved 🥴😒. It took a lot for me not to shove him back but then I was thought; he's smaller than me and I'll end up pushing him of the platform and go to jail.
