I'm happy with this post. I think this is the most permissive we've seen Yoshi-P talk about third party tools before, and it makes me feel less hopeless about everything I do. he seems to understand the passion/curiosity that drives our (and most other games') modding scene

My sympathies to the delevopers of Mare. I never got to use it, so I'm mostly unaffected but your three years of hard work was just torn out by idiots spreading information publicly when Sqeenix has often stated they'd turn a blind eye.
