I can probably achieve "old lady who saved up her whole life and left a scholarship fund" but God I'd like to be paying stipends to rapid response teams, lawyers, and families trying to get their people out of ICE jail right now.

It's so hard these days to even find out what rents landlords are asking. I miss being able to just scan the classifieds. There should be a renters survey.
