Sharing the below cause quotes were disabled but this reminds me of my high school English teacher who would tell you if you asked for extra credit “it’s gonna cost you your blood” and by that he meant you had to bring in a donation receipt to one of the local blood banks

NYC Hands Off Protest Today, no faces for privacy can’t wait to see the turnout numbers - truly fantastic to see every demographic seen even the elderly with mobility issues were out in force on this dreary day.

Sharing my letter to the Governor that I sent & encourage all to as well:

Do not expect votes in the following election and expect New Yorkers to campaign against you in favor of literally any other democratic candidate. You had an opportunity to remove a corrupt politician who is profiting on the back of New Yorkers, creating a police state, and abusing his office. New York City is a sanctuary city and Mayor Adams has invited ICE not only into the city with open arms but also Rikers prison and as we know in both policing and in immigration enforcement this disproportionately effects people of color. I find your actions incredibly spineless and question why you went to public office when the bare minimum of your job is to protect and defend the constitution. You have failed on many accounts, I still am unable to comprehend in the fall of Roe why you would nominate a Pro-Life judge as a democrat, woman, or a general person who is capable of human empathy.
