The right gave us austerity, they broke social care, they fucked up our public services, they couldn’t deliver HS2, they created a prison and a justice crisis, scapegoated immigrants, dumped us in a brexity dead end and now whip up riots on our streets to dodge being held to account for any of it.

My mother was an immigrant. She worked and paid taxes, had children and grandchildren who work and pay taxes. Immigrants rebuilt this country after WW2. This history should be taught in schools not forgotten.

When you have people attacking marginalised communities, setting fire to hotels where people who came here seeking safety are, spreading racism and division, and spouting far right ideology, you don't say "we have to accept these as concerns". You challenge them.

Did you know that supermarkets no longer mark goods with an accurate "Country of origin" like they used to. Avocados are a really good example, they used to say Israel but with a broader tag with other Countries included eg Peru, Argentina etc. So in effect, they are masking Israel.
