For a real-world comparison with the existing code, here's a 729,262sf, 10-story building with 463 units / 1,332 beds and six stairs across two towers, currently under construction. I believe the east tower has 44 units per floor among the three stairwells.

It seems like the earlier disclosure was for AAPL and CAVA and they let it slide, but the new disclosure shows there were a bunch more impermissible trades:

Those earlier disclosures showed two separate violations of Fed policies: First, they violated restrictions against buying or selling individual stocks. Second, the purchases occurred during so-called blackout periods ahead of Fed meetings in July 2024 and September 2024, when no financial transactions are permitted. Upon learning of the violations, she immediately notified ethics officials and, at their direction, divested of the assets as soon as possible under Fed rules, she said in the 2024 disclosures. The Fed referred the matter to the inspector general at the beginning of the year, according to a Fed official. The newest disclosures, made public on Saturday, revealed at least a dozen additional purchases or sales of individual stocks, also in 2024, with some of the sales and purchases occurring within weeks of each other. Two of the forbidden stock transactions also occurred days ahead of FOMC meetings. For example, Kugler or her husband purchased stock in Cava Group on March 13, one week ahead of the Fed’s March 19-20 2024 meeting. They sold the stock on April 5, purchased it again on April 23, and sold it on May 15. The disclosures also show purchases of Southwest Airlines stock on March 22, and then a sale of stock for the airline in a larger amount on April 29, the day before the Fed’s April 30-May 1 policy meeting. They showed a purchase of Apple stock in April 2024 of between $100,000 and $250,000 and the sale of stock in Caterpillar of between $50,000 and $100,000 in October 2024.

The premise, of course, presupposes that SCOTUS will overturn the VRA requirement for majority-minority districts when they decide Louisiana v. Callais.

Except… obviously the previous map also intentionally included MM districts since that's been the law since 1965. But the Obama admin approved it!

They feared that a “Latino voice in Texas is worth one third of the representation as a white voice.” That Texas would “slid[e] back” to the days of “Black Codes and Jim Crow.” And that Texas legislators would “silence the voices of Latino voters.” Proposition 50 would serve as a “shield” against “racist maps,” they told each other, so that minorities in California could “stand up and be counted.” The end result is a map that manipulates district lines in the name of bolstering the voting power of Hispanic Californians because of their race. Our Constitution does not tolerate this racial gerrymander. “At the heart of the Constitution’s guarantee of equal protection lies the simple command that the Government must treat citizens as individuals, not as simply components of a racial … class.” Miller v. Johnson, 515 U.S. 900, 911 (1995) (citation omitted). Although the Supreme Court has allowed race-conscious redistricting to rectify prior violations of the Voting Rights Act, the Department of Justice has approved California’s pre-existing election system as recently as President Barack Obama’s term. No one, let alone California, contends that its pre-existing map unlawfully discriminated on the basis of race. Because the Proposition 50 map does, the United States respectfully requests that this Court enjoin Defendants from using it in the 2026 election and future elections.

The ostensible reason for denial in that case is not that the registrants are students... because it's undeniably allowed.
They contend that multiple jurisdictions across the commonwealth are denying or delaying registrations from college students who live on campus because they did not include extraneous dorm room information that does not appear on Virginia’s official voter-registration form.

First impression of the Acela NextGen seats: Not Good. Besides being incredibly hard, the seat itself feels oddly short, like a good 4" less deep than my thighs? Much worse than NER seats.

Also when we boarded three conductors were huddled around the bathroom looking/sounding very concerned.
