My question to you all is, how do I get her to prescribe the testosterone at least, or even better, have her agree on a ovariectomy?

My Gynecologist wants to have me on a steady hormonal regiment to stop my cycle before she wants to send me to excision again, but we've been trying different methods, dosages, etc for close to four years now and it just doesn't stop.

My last MRI showed a shit ton of spots that the radiologist and my Gyn said looked like it's big endometriosis growths, and I have trouble using the toilet, just like before my first excision, where they found a lot of growths on my colon and bladder.

For the record, I took 2mg progesterone and half a pump estrogen topical. Then we dropped the estrogen because I developed a full blown regular cycle of 14 days. Now that I'm 3 weeks off estrogen, I'm bleeding constantly and worse with every day.
