Do you feel fully present?  Fully in your body?  I know for me, most of the time the answer is no.  Capitalism keeps us constantly in a state of overdrive - using our bodymind as a tool.  When we are forced to keep a hectic pace, it keeps our bodyminds in a state of hypervigilance, anxiety, and leads to burn out and exhaustion. 

The Glitter Moss Collective is the new name (thank you Courtney!) for the Queer Healers group coming together to create pop-up healing spaces along the North Shore of Lake Superior. Our first event in November was so successful - we had attendees, a good experience using the space, and such a sweet and healing gathering for all. Our next event will be on February 15th!

We held our second Glitter Moss Collective Queer Healing Pop-up on a very snowy February weekend. We chose this date to land on the weekend of Valentine's Day, a hard day for many of us. Alongside our healers offering reiki, yoga, massage, somatic movement, and herbal consultations, I offered a Self-Love Spell practice. I feel so blessed to have a space with the Glitter Moss Collective that embraces my love of crafts, community healing, and magic.
