My sentiments towards working in higher education are growing more negative over time, and I don't love that as a feeling. Not sure if that means leaving the field or finding another institution. But seeing others make plans is making me think maybe my time is approaching.

It's a strange feeling, because I know why. Stagnant pay, upward mobility slowly seeming less feasible, and Winter/Spring quarters where our limits were really tested and we're all just burnt out. Tbh it's a ship I see passing and I'm starting to want to board it.

On the surface Capcom’s approach to Okami with bringing back Clover and Kamiya suggests the right approach in that front? I think you have to bring the right people in and do it out of love.
