Each state has 2 senators. Tammy Duckworth is a jr. senator and Dick Durbin is a senior senator. How can Andrew Chesney be a senator for Illinois, as well? Does it have something to do with jr. and sr. senators? If so, then there's more than 2 senators per state. confused.

BS. trump tells THEM what to do. He loves to claim that he knows nothing and had nothing to do with anything that is unpopular but he takes credit for anything that is popular, even if he didn't do it (ie - Veteran's Choice Act.)

Mamdani will need federal funds and assistance if he's to keep his promises to the people. We've seen how trump punishes states that are blue by withholding FEMA and allocated funds. I think that it's smart to play on trump's love of New York so that the road to success doesn't have grenades on it.
