Puppers is officially retiring from
barn hunt. He has developed arthritis in his knees and hips and is higher risk of serious injury from launching himself off things.

Perhaps a bad gamble, but betting on hime being almost 15 and having a bad hip and bad knee to not launch himself up the tree.
