Technically a string with bells, or even careless step may alert others, as objects other that yourself, that you collide with are perfectly capable of producing sound. But this spell is designed for spies and assasins, while being almost useless for thieves...

If the target makes an attack or casts a spell, or collides with a living creature same size or larger than a mouse, the membrane breaks with an audible pop and the spell ends.

Big race like Centaurs will have their Defence decreased and HP increaced? Their large bodies are hard to cover with armor, so their armor are twice as expensive. They will have bonus to damage to their first attack per turn equal to amount of squares they moved this turn before this attack.

When I DM'd one scenario for two different groups. One group was trying to play along with fae, and , when they met the "main villain" who were, in fact, something close to a swan maiden, she was grateful for not disrupting the fun. Other group was suspicious and hostile. They are all squirrels now
