Yeah you’re just picking particular goods and trying use that to argue against an average statistic. On average $60 in 1996 is about the same as 120 today.

I don’t even get what your point is.

Yes, that’s because the inflation adjustment from 1996 would be closer to $120 for a game now.

Deflation pressures due to improved technology also are a factor. Games are undoubtedly cheaper to manufacture now.

People forget that games for the N64 game used to cost $60, which would be a lot higher than $80 today inflation-adjusted.

Sad to see the trajectory that we're on this year, cases will far exceed 2019 unless there's a major shift towards more vaccination.

Yeah I can understand that, I would bet that I've had a few similar conversations with my Dad.

I use FB for business so I've mostly kept the political posts off of that platform. I came here from doing debunking of mis/disinfo mostly related to medical topics on Twitter/X (it's insane there lol).

Yeah I hope you don't mind that I borrowed it form you. It was nice seeing your posts after the election.

I've been anti-Trump from the beginning. I think it's good to share things like this to remind people that not everyone from a place supports what's going on.

Yeah I can imagine, with that lineup of speakers.

I missed the space itself so I’ll get the main points on Truther’s space tonight.
