It grieves me to say this, but at this point I see no avoiding the collapse of the US, and the most optimism I can muster is the wish that it should happen ASAP to minimize the collateral damage. Posts like this one from Elon Musk make me think that's his endgame and end goal as well.

I'm surprised that more isn't being made of this photo by the professional media. This isn't the first or even the second time we've seen this bruising on Trump's hand. It's almost certainly from frequent blood draws or IV insertions. He's obviously being treated for something serious. What??

I'm surprised you even need evidence. It's been obvious since Trump took Putin's word over his own intelligence agencies that Russia was not meddling in the US election. Every step of the way, Trump has sided with Putin instead of with his own allies.

What I want to know is, how exactly did this happen? Did this gang just walk into a government data centre and say, "HI, I'm Elon Musk and we need access to your servers"? And if so, why wouldn't the manager just say, "Show me your search warrant or I'm calling the cops"?
