If you normally rely on laundromats or coin-op apartment washers, you can do a lot of laundry in your home in the bathroom sink and hang it out to dry over the tub. Check YouTube for videos about doing your laundry when you're traveling for ideas and instructions on that.

There are a lot of YouTube channels that teach you how to cook with inexpensive items. Julia Pacheco is one. She has many low budget healthy meals for families, and shopping ideas for extreme budgets. When you have little money knowledge is definitely powerful.

See what your food bank actually offers. It might be more than just food. Ours has free cooking classes so that you can learn how to cook from scratch and make huge meals cheaply. Generally speaking the longer it takes to make, the more inexpensive and healthy it is. You can learn to cook anytime.

And you know what? That toast looks like it's ALREADY BUTTERED. So you know he's just going to add all that other butter and then put jams and jellies all over it. Beans on toast my ass and he knows he's found out.

I didn't. Someone else pointed out that was a great way to melt butter. I did point out that the beans weren't on the toast and he replied saying something british and slippery like, "not yet". I know he knows I caught him in beans AND toast, not ON toast like he always claims.

I think I had that!

Nevermind, I saw the news this morning and believe I know what you're talking about. Diane Ladd also passed away, and now people are kissing her grits up in Heaven.
