This was one year ago, as I was being released from the hospital. One year seems like three to me - but I've come so far. I share because I want to inspire others. I am ready to close this chapter of my life and move forward.

Here's a free tip I learned in grad school: if you have pottery, glass, or any other breakable items, you need museum gel. Put a few dabs on the bottom and stick to a solid object, and it will hold safely and securely.
