Communication is part of the issue. They do though need a strong enough message to counter how people are increasingly feeling. That the establishment isn't working hard enough for them. That's why they voted for the "disruptor". Yes he's a con man but frustrated people for any change available.

The battle is with the oligarchs, not your neighbour. Unite, organise and hit the problem at its source. They sow propaganda to keep people divided and distracted from their race to hoard the most resources ($).

Except..the problem is bigger than that. A big cohort have been waiting a long time for something to fundamentally change. Incumbents lose when they seem out of touch / not trying hard enough...
They vote against "the system" when it doesn't work for them, just the big guys.. Trump didn't "win".
