Our last dog died in the spring of 2011, more than 14 years ago. And yet I *still* find myself glancing down and thinking "whoa! that's a good stick!". (Spotted on my walk to the bakery this morning.)

He means Bela Lugosi, obviously referring to his favorite movie, "Plan 9 from Outer Space" (1959). "The epitome of so-bad-it's-good cinema, Plan 9 From Outer Space is an unintentionally hilarious sci-fi "thriller" from anti-genius Ed Wood that is justly celebrated for its staggering ineptitude."
