As an AmeriCorps NCCC alum, I served after tornadoes, fed families, built homes, and cleared trails—for just $100 every two weeks. We showed up where others didn’t. Now DODGE has cut this program. We served quietly, humbly, and with heart—because Americans deserve support, not abandonment.
