This is a book I picked up today at Wardah Books. I know it’s strange cos I’m not Muslim but I have been feeling really down with the loss of my full time job and lack of income. But I really need help and I’ve always been drawn to Islam, so yeah why not?

IDK lah maybe I just need to sleep it off. I only want to serve my community well and to reach out to and stand with other marginalised communities. It was never my intention to create trouble.
I hope I haven’t lost my years of building up my reputation due to this small incident.

Late nights be like…
Just finished this book and I really like it! The build up and momentum was good and the character development and plot was amazing! Just how I could laugh and cry in a span of 300 pages!
4.25/5 - definitely a joy to read (especially for a diehard romantic like me!)

So I am trying hard to complete this book cos it’s a gift from a friend (it was kind of like a blind book gift) & I feel bad cos it’s about feminism & women’s rights.
But it’s extremely challenging for me to finish cos of the writing & it’s draggy! Should I quit this?
