Did you see the “smiley face” this morning? This triple conjunction astronomical event was pretty awesome to witness as the moon was rising. 🌙

It’s been 13 years since I made my 1st woodcarving.☝🏼🥳

“Goby on the Brain” was inspired by childhood memories of my mother’s saltwater aquarium, which I LOVED! Neon gobies were a favorite. Saw them in the wild for the 1st time snorkeling around White St. Pier.

Today marks 11 years since I completed “Las Peleas”. At the time, this piece was the most detailed one from my small catalog of artwork.

Going to cockfights with my abuelo was wild. My 6 y/o eyes & ears got a real education about this underground fight club community.

Only the old heads like me remember riding the Key Western miniature train, but this pic was pre-dawn (at the corner of White St. & Atlantic Blvd.) facing the dog park at Clarence Higgs Memorial Park.
