The vet was paid, she is better and the fleas are gone, but we had to not pay bills and max out my credit cards to do it. Now we are 2-3 months behind on electric, 2 months behind on car insurance, I need to get my meds filled, my partner needs to get to Philly for a doctor appointment, and my right front tire blew out a week ago and now my hub is making noise. $50 raised so far on top of the $5 I started with. $8 more will cover my phone bill. Tire is $120 plus mount and balance fee. Electric $227. Car insurance $295. Both cards are $300 limits with high interest and maxed out. Any amount helps. Please help us stay housed and alive. For clarity, $100 of the previous vet bill goal was met. $80 was spent on Puss In Boots' exam & dewormer to prevent/get rid of any tapeworms from the fleas. So I have $20 towards the current $531 goal for veterinary visits.

Vroom Vroom is on steroids &antibiotics from flea trouble &is doing well.
Puss In Boots is sitting like a people on my bed using my crossed legs like a chair back. Puss In Boots is an orange tabby boy adult kitty. Luckily, he only needed dewormer as a preventative due to the flea troubles. No other issues.

Starting October, the feds are stealing $175 of my SSD for Medicare b/c the state decided to stop paying despite none of my income or "qualifying" expenses have changed. I'm appealing, but I don't expect it to go well. My partner has been fighting for disability since 2018, so we're existing off mine alone. Flea problem is now under control, but we still have vet visits to go. Sergeant Pepper's follow up to diagnose her white lung spots is $371 for exam, xrays &radiology consult. I'll find out what treatment she needs after the radiologist assesses her xrays. Kittens need exams & dewormer for $160 (total). Also, Roo's lump on his tail is back. Sergeant Pepper, a 9 year old totishell girl kitty lays cuddled against my folded legs on the bed and allows Riddle The Wiggla, the grey kitten, to lay halfway across her and halfway cross my lap. We're all on my bed. We need $43 more for the preventative care and $371 to get Sergeant Pepper her two week follow up appointment and redo the same 2 xray views of her lungs so the radiologist can compare the difference in her lungs after two weeks of steroids. The vet said she could have cancer or a fungal infection in her lungs. The $371 does not cover any further treatments she might need depending on diagnosis, but we won't know what else she needs until we get the diagnosis. Thank you so much for your time and help. Photo of the back of Roo's back right ankle. Roo is a mostly black cat with white paws and belly. There is a raw, though not open, spot of his skin covering a large portion of his rear right ankle. Not pictured, but he also has a small lump on his tail. You can't really see it, but can feel it when you touch it. It is tender to the touch for him. Also, Sergeant Pepper, another of our cats, has been itching excessively. Sometimes when she scratches, clumps of fur, often attached to a scab, come off. No areas appear infected, but we need to get to the bottom of what's causing this trouble for her. I woke up 2 hours ago to pee & see if the street sweeper runs on Labor Day to figure out if I had to move my car.
