The stories within the queer SCPs are great! Another queer SCP I do like is SCP-6354, "I Never Got To Say Goodbye".

SCP-3540, "Don't Queer the Reaper" is a very fun read! Another recent one I've read that would be good within an audio format would be SCP-4874, "Friends With You".

Some good has come from the modern Backrooms and I cannot deny that, but the shallow execution and absence of creativity leaves something to be desired.

It'd be a much more unique take than just *another* vague organisation which helps mitigate abnormal issues.

Although to be perfectly clear, SCP does have similar issues, and this all comes down to bias. I personally like the Backrooms to stay fairly simple, but the same could be said about SCP.

My personal favourites would be the Murphy Law trilogy (SCP-3043, SCP-3143 & SCP-7043).

(*IF I'm allowed to)

Ma fault gang, it turns out I would not pass the literary requirement for the Foundation.

Logically: Playtime Co. probably being the safest option here.

Deciding with pure bias? SCP Foundation all the way. The chances of me being introduced to a truly dangerous SCP is fairly low I'd like to imagine.

As long as I read the descriptions (I'm allowed to) I should be fine.

That's an infinitely more unique premise than "Monster number #205812951: it'll kill you and there's no escape, but here's a variety of ways you can survive."

These are questions that have no answer that would be found realistically. It's a mystery riddled with more mysteries, it's perfectly fine the way it was.

Not everything needs a tangible antagonist.

Exactly. The horror of the Backrooms lies within being a labyrinth of mystery. Thinking about the Backrooms as a concept stirs up more questions than answers: why does a place like this exist? Why does it look so "familiar"? And is there actually something inside the Backrooms lurking?
