it’s only 8:30am and i feel amazing. one hour of cardio, i got ready for the day, i’ve already had half a liter of water. i’m about to leave for work and i feel so good :)

trying to do a 7 day fast but i’m working 8 hour shifts every day this week so hopefully i don’t pass out at work lol
