My wife has been gone since March of 24 after a 9yr fight w breast cancer. And all that time she was working and had bc/bs insur she paid all her co-pays zealously. Yesterday a bill arrived in her name for $4000. What should I do? Although I don't condone what Luigi did but I can see why he did it.
