This is a DOJ memo. It doesn’t supersede existing law. The 4th Amendment requires a judicial warrant. Note the distinction between judicial warrant and Administrative warrant which ICE uses. Those are not signed by judges.

These are civil cases not criminal. You don’t get prison time in civil cases. You should be mad at Congress. These EOs are outside the President’s authority. Congress knows this fact and has done nothing to assert their power.

Maybe SCOTUS but every single judge who has heard a case against Trump’s illegal EOs have ruled against him.
