They have already made a Good Place joke. I can’t imagine this show ending with Heaven & Hell being more than a choice of realm real estate. I think they’ll be reconciled in some way as a single afterlife. But what do I know?! 😂

I don’t think there is any evidence either want to be parents yet or ever, and they are both young. The read, to me, is clearly an unplanned pregnancy storyline that will explore issues of choice, access, and affordability. Whatever is written, I trust the writers to make it about Millie’s choice.
