Labour has lost the plot and don't seem at all interested in enacting policies that attract votes. They've alienated their core voters and failed to attract votes from the right wing bigots they've been chasing. Labour HQ is quite simply incompetent.

The council did something like this in my town a couple of years ago and every single suggestion the townspeople made was ignored while the council continued to do whatever they wanted but now they add 'we consulted the residents' to the projects that no one asked for.
