At the end of the day, most ordinary people are interested in how much tax they pay or whether they can eat. I don’t know why you keep going on if you’re gonna change my mind. In my long 68 years on this earth I have yet to see anything that changes my mind about the basic human nature.

While I agree with you, I can’t help noticing how many people are justifying Trump’s actions and our pro Putin. That’s not just my opinion; you cannot deny that. I too have travelled in America and have many American friends that in itself is not a qualification to be right (no pun intended.)

I’d love you to be right. Unfortunately, the British electorate are not unlike their American brethren - price of eggs…. Plus the orange monster across the pond. Let’s not forget the pensioners and the legion of people who will lose out from their benefits. Take your pick.

I know trans people who have lived in their acquired gender for 30 years or more who would share coffee with you and the same washroom with you having no idea whatsoever. And now it becomes a political hot potato. Let people have the same freedom that you desire.

Seems to me, that trans folk are the only minority that are losing their rights. You talk of freedom then look across the Atlantic to the United States. Does that sit well with you? Maybe you should have gratitude that your biological sex and gender sit in harmony.

How does that infringe your rights? Surely you should spend your time opposing heterosexual male violence. This TERF rhetoric is getting tired the noo. Transfolk are such a tiny vulnerable minority. Maybe you need to work on your own projection and love yourself more?
