Here is info on a letter four senators sent about this issue a few days ago. Looks like Senators to call -- and sound frantic- are Reed, Gilibrand, Collins , & Murkowski. Probably also a good idea to call your state AG to see if they can sue. www.reed.senate.gov/news/release...

I just finished At First Spite, and while it does have a virgin hero, the only time it is mentioned is during their first sex scene. Neither MC makes a big deal about it. Don’t let it hold you back from reading - this was stellar.

Really enjoyed this piece. Thanks for the great food for thought. Also, the point you made about dwindling longform reviews and critical coverage - spot on.

Recommend! I didn’t enjoy this as much as the author’s Clandestine Affairs series. However, Raya is a delight, it’s an excellent example of enemies-to-lovers, and the honest, direct communication btw MCs is refreshing.

Yes, I really struggle when a MC has same name as one of my daughters. I skip/skim, but haven’t encountered one yet where I needed to DNF. Yet.

No, I think we are conditioned to ignore our bodies and keep working. Take the day if you can!

Hi #romancelandia! Avid reader, not great at social media. Will probably lurk more than post, but enjoy this community.
