I understand the laws & such as a PWD/ ♿️ advocate, but circling back 2 my original point… accessibility should b a priority from the start. It isn’t debatable that doing so is necessary 4 an inclusive society & such adjustments don’t harm any1, only help. ♿️ is part of the human condition

I guess we could go back and forth about preferred language/definitions all day long. I’m curious though, are you at least in agreement that access 4 all is a positive, regardless of condition?

My diagnosis literally affects every aspect of my life… some you can see, others you cannot, but that doesn’t negate the benefits of access. Some disabilities r visible and others aren’t

Again, disability isn’t simply an identity group. I don’t just identify as disabled, I literally can’t walk & am a w/c user. You don’t agree that prioritizing access 4 all is a positive thing?

I disagree. Disability isn’t simply an identity… it literally affects every aspect of 1’s life (in some cases) & furthermore, anyone can become disabled at a certain point in life (b that birth, accident, illness, etc.), so what might not assist 1 rn, could benefit them later
