If I had the means, resources, and experience to pull it off I'd so just design and build my own aluminum guitar, two thin body-halves screwed together, bolt on neck, two mean pickups, volume and tone, idk if CNC milling out of blocks or casting into molds would be more practical

Like this is one of my dream guitars, ugly, blocky, utilitarian, probably sounds like pure spite

Maybe throw in an old flanger pedal so I can play with the resonance and manual knobs till it stops sounding like a guitar and more like a jet engine in a swimming pool
