Lately, I have had a lot of fun playing around with image editing in #ChatGPT
1) Asked ChatGPT to create the image of Jony and Sam with my face on it
2) Pasted a screenshot of the announcement blog and asked to add the generated picture and different copy.
Voila!

My editing workflow for the @freshvanroot.com newsletter is too complex. The two-column layout drives up editing time, and starting out in #Obsidian, moving over to #Claude, and then finishing in #EmailOctopus... this needs to be simplified.

I turned to AI for some essential feedback/guidance.. which was helpful, before hopping on a call with the client.

Spent the evening with an #AI experiment:
1) Created an AI video avatar #HeyGen
2) Turned a blog post into a video script with #Claude
3) Created the video (AI video avatar combined with script)
4) Added captions with Capsule video editor
The result is quite good, but has clearly an "AI-feel" to it

In November, I used AI chat tools for nearly 8 hours. I use Rize.io for tracking this. That is not including Gemini, which is embedded in Docs, Gmail, Sheets, and also not including Midjourney and RunwayML, which I used a lot in November.
These 8 hours are #ChatGPT and #Claude only.

Dont forget to #SupportUkraine this Christmas. The war is going on for nearly 3 years. Working with people from Ukraine always reminds me that the kind of "stress" i am experiencing is nothing compared to what Ukrainians have go through.

Copied the result into AI detectors by Writer.com and scribbr.com.
Result: 93% human-generated content vs 100% ai generated.
The story here: 100% briefed by a human; it's my thoughts. And AI used words that trigger AI detectors.
