Hey! I suspect it might be a bit late (serves me right for not jumping on earlier) but any chance Jersey and Guernsey could be added to the list of shipping destinations? Speaking of Lance Henriksen, want to watch one of the most incredible vampire movies ever made? Katheryn Bigelow's Near Dark is a god damn masterpiece. Why not make it a double feature? It's also one of Bill Paxton's best performances by far, he just needs a moment of your time.

My own belief (based largely on vibes tbh) is that 1. If Germany had kept it's genocide and oppression solely within its existing borders, Britain would have sat and watched, and 2. A reasonable number of Brits probably would've been perfectly happy with home grown fascism.

Yes, very much this. Britain went to war with a country that invaded an ally it had a treaty with, and introduced conscription to support this.
