Yes. Please read up on it and check out the specs. I think it's a good modern rival "PC handheld" with a customized Windows 11 built for many game library platforms like Steam, Epic Games, etc, not just Xbox.

During the showcase reveal, they said it can download games lol. So no, not just streaming.
