I pay close attention to this stuff, and it drives me bonkers when a real company chooses to use a URL shortener “for convenience” like bitly or whatever, because it removes the only precaution we have, which is to CHECK THE URL before clicking! <flips table>

Moderation teams will *almost* NEVER ask you to take action or message you and ask for information. If they need to get ahold of you, they will usually do it through your registered email. In addition, they don't usually give second chances like this. If you break ToS you break ToS
