Fled to Monorail Espresso after a long but very helpful “what to expect when called for jury duty”. Might be placed in a pool today. Might not. Being in limbo isn’t for everyone but it helped me to justify the purchase and consumption of 2 breakfast pastries. #seattle #coffee

Made it. Nice view up here. Declined daily reimbursement. Read the “Juror’s Guide to WA Courts”. Friendly security guard welcomed me to “terrific Tuesday” because all the jurors are coming in today.

My 6th grader LOVED his SPS Comms class! They actually learned useful things: a confident handshake, eye contact (but don’t make it wierd), body language (but don’t be creepy), some ASL (not the bullshit sign) & how to write an email that isn’t too passive aggressive (essential in Seattle).

My 6th grader LOVED his SPS Comms class! They actually learned useful things: a confident handshake, eye contact (but don’t make it wierd), body language (but don’t be creepy), some ASL (not the bullshit sign) & how to write an email that isn’t too passive aggressive (essential in Seattle).
Can’t believe the Ref didn’t call this tripping penalty. I had the EVIDENCE. #seattlekraken Ah well, they WON 4-1. Take that 🐧
