Considering taking this material to wear when I’m on-call down in ED and see if it at all reduces the frequency/intensity of people shouting at me

Final job rotation left of core training (!) and feeling very spoiled by a wonderful neuropsychiatry team and experience for the past 6 months. There’s a lot that I love about psychiatry training, but feeling valued and really truly having “training” in every job is always a highlight ✨✨

I will swap you a 15yo gelding who has cost me £600 to remove a canine tooth at the vets this week 😭😭😭 on the plus side he has a lovely box of doxycycline that’s big enough I could probably treat half the county with it

I don’t really like to put any positives to the miserable time that was being redeployed to a Covid HDU at the end of 2020. But dating the cardiology SHO after meeting there does now have a positive ring about it 💍
