a lot of time was spent in getting the exterior hallway to look nice as compared to the interior. it was REALLY flat looking and unshaded a week ago. kinda surprised at how nice even that boring white backdrop looks now, at least to my eyes!

finished up the sequence's base animation. it's going to be a lot of work to make this look really pretty, and there's still another scene i wanna do after. a lot of work to come still! but i'll take a break and take care of other things for now
