Funny! Reminds me of some of the work Joe Shuster did, other than Superman. He did fetish art; and, the characters looked like Clark Kent and Lois Lane.

I’ll add that to my podcast/rewatch cycle, along with Dark Shadows, Evolution of Horror, Universal Horror, Hammer, Gene Roddenberry and X-Files. Good thing I’m retired :-)

Good article. Never thought of the vampire angle. I have long been a fan of the novel Frankenstein; so, I appreciate that allusion. I love the Buffyverse; so, Picard’s need to affirm his humanity reminds me of Angel. Again, that didn’t occur to me before.

I’ll have to give that another try. It has always been my least favorite. I think it was because the first episode was pretty philosophical, which I was excited about; but, it turned out be more about the politics of the Trek world, which I don’t generally enjoy. Watch along Podcast here I come.

I was surprised that, after years of thinking TNG, and Picard were tops, I find myself enjoying Voyager and Janeway more. For me, it’s aged better. Not really able to to define why; but, there you go.

We’re binge watching Voyager. They had some drug induced episodes, as well. Still a great series.

This album, along with Dark Side of the Moon, truly changed my life. I was 16 when I first heard this one.

Well, considering s book was actually banned because the author’s name was Gay, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.
