This blog is an eye-opener for those who judge people taking therapy. Brain and heart sometimes need support and someone who can listen, People are still afraid to go to the therapist because of stigma. Great post

I have 3 tattoos in Sanskrit—one of them says सर्वम् अनित्यम् (Sarvam Anityam) meaning 'Everything is temporary.' I got it because I used to get deeply attached to people, which often left me feeling alone. These little ink patterns now remind me to let go, protect my peace, and value my self-worth. 🙏

Those mini heart attacks seriously Ha Ha Ha, Even when you hit the breaks and the car didn't stop that is where my heart stops beating, Back home in India we spent money to see the snow but after 2 years in Canada I had enough snow, slipping, shoveling. Take care😀
