Human, father, husband, Manchester United fan, cricketer, had a tiny bit to do with CricInfo in the early days.
Whenever it is, the one thing that's guaranteed is that whatever is released will be a set of things that looks really bad for Democrats, may look bad for a couple of Republicans that they want to be rid of, and will say little to nothing about Trump and others. No reason to expect otherwise.

apparently only one batsman ever dared say anything to him (and he wouldn't reveal whom).

re: WI - he felt they never in the moment sat back to think about how good they were - they just wanted to win and stayed focused on that. And Kerry Packer (personally, not just WSC) was a key catalyst.

He's not an optimist here. Doesn't see how anyone's going to make time for FC cricket and it's likely to get squeezed further. And feels the lack of playing enough FC cricket will render it impossible for WI to compete in Test cricket - and others will struggle over time too if they don't address.

great counter to the Democratic Establishment who still can't bring themselves to notice that he won (hello Hakeem). Good that they're focusing on the one that means the most in terms of an actual rebuke to the establishment, rather than just a party divide.

Indeed. Though Kissinger got one, so anything's possible. This likely temporary reduction in genocidal activity is just so far from a healthy peace in any case, that it's a joke to suggest that it warrants any prize. Unfortunately it's a joke with massive financial and political backing.
