These are the most up to date versions of Alwin’s design, and I like how they have come out so far.

The most obvious difference for the dragon is the removal of the second pair of horns and replacing them with proper ears, turning the extra horns into a glass-like material hat can slide to create a visor. The visor also is present on his proxy disguise, but only half of it. It can provide data readouts and other supportive features when active

His creator family are elves so he also would take to looking similar to them.
