The Acting-Administrator Ha Nguyen McNeill sent a message today stating - "TSA's greatest strength has always been our people" & "Your service matters deeply..." - a day after cancelling cash awards, limiting pay increases, etc.

On May 1st, 2025, TSA has removed cash awards and other means of recognition. Additionally, all pay increases through pay equity are now "based upon funding availability", even though we have the money.
